A Day at the First Annual JFS { Community Health Fair!

Yesterday, JFS { Freda Mohr Multipurpose Center hosted our first annual Community Health Fair. Nearly 150 older adults came out to celebrate health and wellness and learn more about ways to stay healthy, active, and safe.

Guests participated in interactive nutrition workshops and had the opportunity to undergo vital health and vision screenings while at Freda Mohr, in addition to visiting various booths to collect information about ways to stay healthy.
